Beam lifting machine is a kind of gantry crane specially designed for bridge construction. The girder lifting machine is mainly composed of assembled main beam, outrigger, crown block, etc. the components are connected by pin shaft and high-strength bolt, which is easy to disassemble and transport; compared with ordinary gantry crane, it is easy to install, fast, economical and practical. It is suitable for the road and bridge construction units which often flow.

The beam lifting machine can not only lift the precast beam with two sets of cranes, but also can lift the precast beam with a single crane with double spreaders. The lifting capacity of two lifting machines at the same time is generally 450 tons, and the lifting capacity of a single lifting machine is usually up to 900 tons. It is equipped with outrigger walking, crown block walking and crane lifting equipment, which can realize mechanized action. It is mainly used to lift the precast beam from the beam making platform to the beam storage position, and lift the precast beam from the beam storage position to the beam carrier after the maintenance of the precast beam. As a lifting equipment, complete the assembly and disassembly of the bridge erecting machine. It is also used for erecting dry bridge with low pier body.

  Features of beam lifting machine:

1. The running speed of hoisting mechanism and operating mechanism is low, so as to improve the alignment accuracy of precast beam and reduce the impact on the structure of beam lifter.

2. The internal space of girder lifter shall be large enough to meet the assembly of lifting precast beam and bridge erecting machine.

3. Under the premise of meeting the strength, stiffness and stability of the main steel structure, disassembly and transportation should be considered.

4. When two sets of precast beams are used for hoisting, the synchronous operation of two machines shall be met.

Operation and maintenance:

1. Operators must be trained and qualified before taking up their posts.

2. Operate in strict accordance with the operation requirements and steps.

3. Regular inspection and maintenance of mechanical devices and electrical devices.

4. If any problem is found, stop the machine for inspection until the problem is eliminated.
